The Elmwood Park Neighborhood Civic Organization is a fully democratic, open, non-profit organization led by a group of volunteers elected annually to the Board of Directors. Officers are chosen by the Board of Directors of the EPNCO to handle the daily administration of the organization. Directors are elected annually in August to serve a one-year term.
