General Meetings

The Elmwood Park Neighborhood Civic Organization meets on the third Tuesday of each month at 7:00PM. Meetings are free and generally last about one hour.
Meetings begin with the Pledge of Allegiance to the US Flag followed by a board role call and membership count. Business conducted, progress made, and obstacles encountered over the previous month are discussed, followed by a conversation with members to set the agenda for the next month (or future months). What do we hope to achieve? What would you like us to address? These are questions we typically ask of our members at our general meeting.
General meetings always end with an open floor session during which members and residents can ask questions, address concerns, or discuss other issues in the Village.
From time to time, the EPNCO invites guest speakers to present to members and resident non-members at our general meetings. In the past, Elmwood Park Policie Chief F. Tom Braglia, Dominic Cappelluti of Gang Combat Dynamics, and Director of Code Administration Bob Bormann have presented to and answered questions from EPNCO members.
