The Elmwood Park Neighborhood Civic Organization (EPNCO) is a non-profit community organization focused on bringing neighbors together to help ensure that Elmwood Park remains a great place to live, work, and raise a family.

As a member of the EPNCO, you have a voice in the community. Together with more than 600 of your friends and neighbors, the EPNCO is a platform and a voice in the Village and throughout the community.
